Yes. Extensions on Long Island require a building permit from your town or village. Our in-house design team prepares the drawings and our expediting services handle the filing for you.
Will the extension match the rest of my house?
That's the goal of every extension we build. We match rooflines, siding, windows, and interior trim so the addition looks original to the home.
Can I stay in my home during construction?
Usually, yes. Most extensions are built onto the outside of the house first, and we only open into the existing home near the end of the project. We'll talk through the plan for your specific job.
