What areas do you serve?
We're based at 676 Broadway in Massapequa and work throughout Long Island, including Massapequa, Massapequa Park, Seaford, Wantagh, Bellmore, Merrick, Levittown, Farmingdale, and Amityville. We also take on projects in New York City and White Plains. Call (516) 797-2200 to ask about your town.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Fine Finish Construction is licensed in Nassau County, Suffolk County, and New York City, and we're fully insured. We've also been BBB accredited since 2009.
What kinds of projects do you do?
Our specialties are dormers, second-floor additions, home extensions, and whole-home renovations. We also remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, and install flooring, decks, roofing, siding, and windows.
Do you design the project too?
Yes. We have a full in-house architectural design team, so your plans are drawn by the same company that builds them.

Are estimates free?
Yes. We'll visit your home, talk through your goals, and give you a detailed, itemized quote at no cost.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Our expediting services handle the permit filing and work with your town's building department, so you don't have to.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Can I make changes once the project starts?
Yes. Changes and add-ons happen on almost every project. We'll price any change clearly before the work is done.
